We are celebrating a year since we started using and developing the Links Africa Hub in Kenya.
The Peacemakers site where the Links' regional base is now located has been the focal point for the surrounding community for over three decades. Peacemakers amazing efforts and mission have changed lives for countless poor, vulnerable and lost in the area.
After waiting for over a year for the new official Peacemakers Links Community Based Organisation to be official they are now registered and have their certificate to function.
This month the committee of the new organisation, which will continue to serve the surrounding community, especially the elderly and disabled, had their first members meeting. Over 40 community members came and heard about the plans for community programmes and projects for 2025.
We are so thankful to the committee, the members, the hub workers and the community for being ready to act and serve this year. The main aims this year will be to train the community in sustainable agriculture practices and set up a livestock project for the elderly.
Thank you to you Links supporters for joining them with our previous appeal. We are excited and positioned now to move together to continue making a lasting impact for the vulnerable

Stepping into Ghana for the very first time felt like walking back into the roots of Links International’s story. It was here, over 40 years ago, that our founders Norman and Grace Barnes first connected with inspiring missionaries and began building the partnerships that would shape Links’ mission.

In Malawi over a decade ago, in a small rural community, Links took a chance on what many thought was just a fad - moringa trees, sensationalised at the time as 'Miracle Trees'. Packed with vitamins and minerals, edible for both humans and livestock, fast‑growing and hardy in hot climates, these trees seemed to have real potential.
