Praying for Pakistan

August 1, 2025

Recently, Pakistan was hit by intense, prolonged monsoon rains - over 40% above seasonal norms - causing widespread urban flooding, landslides and disruption of essential services across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Kashmir.

More than 150 people lost their lives, 300+ were injured and thousands were displaced.

Our partners, Families for Pakistan, have launched a rapid field assessment of the most affected households to identify urgent needs for immediate relief and long-term recovery.

Please keep our partners and everyone impacted by these floods in your prayers. We believe in a God who is bigger than any situation, bigger than the destruction, the heartache and the fear. We pray peace surrounding every community in Pakistan affected by this situation. Let's come together and lift Pakistan up in prayer.
