Celebrating Our Volunteers This Volunteers' Week

June 1, 2026

As we mark Volunteers' Week, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to every person who gives their time, skills, energy and compassion to support Links.

Our work simply would not be possible without volunteers. Whether you have travelled on one of our overseas projects, supported fundraising events, helped behind the scenes in our office, assisted with administration, organised donations, shared your expertise or championed our work in your local community, your contribution makes a real difference.

We would also like to recognise and thank our Trustees, who generously volunteer their time, knowledge and leadership to help guide the charity and ensure we can continue delivering our mission effectively and responsibly.

Across the world, our partners, volunteers and supporters work together to improve lives and strengthen communities. The dedication, kindness and commitment shown by so many people is truly inspiring.

Every hour volunteered, every skill shared and every act of support helps create lasting impact. On behalf of everyone at Links, thank you for being part of our journey and for helping us make a difference.

Happy Volunteers' Week, and thank you for everything you do.

If you are interested in volunteering for us, either by going on a trip or working together with us in any way, then please do get in contact: hello@links.charity.
